SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR has finally got a release date as the period drama is set to hit the screens on January 8, 2021. The multi-starrer, which is made on a budget of Rs 350 crore features Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in key roles. It will lock horns with John Abraham and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer Ek Villain 2 at the box office.

IT officials question Thalapathy Vijay

The Tamil megastar, Thalapathy Vijay was questioned by IT officials over a tax evasion case. In Madurai, the assets of AGS Cinemas were raided. AGS Cinemas produced Vijay’s 2019 film, Bigil, which reportedly grossed Rs 300 crore worldwide. The question to megastar was regarding his salary for the film and the profits, which he made out of it.

Popular Tamil comedian, Yogi Babu has entered a new phase of his life as he recently tied the knot. The actor married his fiance, Manju, in a close-knit affair at his ancestral temple in Thiruttani, Tamil Nadu. The match is said to have been arranged by the elders in both families. Yogi Babu, who’s 34 years old, tied the knot before his and Manju’s families along with the presence of a few extremely close friends. The makers of Vijay Deverakonda starrer World Famous Lover recently released the trailer of the film and in no time it became a top trend on every social media platform. The anthology romantic drama, which also stars Raashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa and Izabelle Leite in key roles is set to hit the screens this Friday.
