With over 15 crores coming in on 9th day, the film just gave a proclamation of expecting some monumental numbers on 2nd Sunday.
Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is amongst those rare Bollywood biggies for which all the factors including- positive critical acclaim, highly favorable word-of-mouth, commercial viability, have come together thus taking it towards a mega success tag. Now, going by the latest trends of today i.e. day 10, it’s ‘on a cloud nine’ situation for the makers as 54-56% occupancy has been registered for morning shows across the country. Compared to yesterday’s 34-36% occupancy, the growth is simply UNBELIEVABLE.
It is safe to say that Tanhaji is cruising towards a 20 crore plus figure for today. Also, in the long run, the film is expected to spill some more wonders apart from entering the 200 crore club.

Meanwhile, ace fashion designer Nachiket Barve, the mastermind behind the costumes in ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior‘ said that he wanted Saif Ali Khan’s character to look stylish, sharp yet dark and dangerous looking.
“Uday Bhan as a character is really challenging and exciting. The director Om Raut and I had a lot of discussions on the vibe and personality of the character. We wanted Uday Bhan to be neither stereotypical nor obvious. He is menacing, but not caricaturized.
