Neil Nitin Mukesh to tie the knot in February 2017

Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh got engaged to Mumbai-based Rukmini Sahay back in October this year in a private ceremony. They were dating for a month before getting engaged. Recently Neil Nitin Mukesh, revealed his marriage plans to a leading daily. As per the report he said, “We are planning to get married sometime in February,” adding further he stated, “If you ask me, I would ideally like to have an intimate wedding at a temple, with just close friends and family. But of course, I have to obey our families’ wishes. So, there will be an elaborate ceremony.” Post the wedding, the actor also plans to throw a lavish reception for his industry friends.

On the workfront, Neil Nitin Mukesh will be next seen in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Indu Sarkar, a film based at the time of emergency in mid seventies and Neil will be seen protraying the character of Sanjay Gandhi in the film. Apart from Indu Sarkar, he’ll be seen sharing screen space with Baahubali fame Prabhas. The yet untitled film is being directed by Y. Sujeeth Reddy. Talking about the project, Neil said “I took close to one year to finalise this project. What excited me about the film is the fact that the storyline is very complex and the role is challenging. Plus I will once again get a chance to experiment. I’m excited to work alongside Prabhas and share screen space with him.” For this special project, Neil is even taking special language classes in Tamil and Telugu for his role to brush up on his diction.

For the ignorants, this won’t be Neil’s first film down south. He made debut in 2014’s Kaththi alongside Vijay, where he played the main antagonist in the film. The highlight of his role was the fact that he didn’t opt for the dubbing and instead went ahead and dubbed his lines in Tamil lamguage on his own.
