Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh’s bromance on Koffee With Karan 5 – Real or Fake?

Koffee With Karan season five has finally come to its own. Fourth episode of the season was one of the best of all seasons. And that’s courtesy the presence of Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh for the first time on any chat show or public platform. The show was everything you expected it to be. It was funny, entertaining, explosive and sort of controversial. When the different promos of the episode were out. We were surprised to see the not so friendly duo of Ranbir and Ranveer sharing the same couch. While we agree they were riot together but you have to admit they shared an awkward chemistry at many junctures. Like the time when Ranbir Kapoor said that he hoped that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone make awesome babies. Ranveer Singh’s expressions were a giveaway. Or the time when Ranveer Singh suggested Ranbir Kapoor should date Kangana Ranaut. This time it was Ranbir Kapoor who was left with blank expressions.

Ranveer Singh very early in the show stated that he is not competitive and doesn’t compete with anyone but later when Arjun Kapoor chose Ranbir Kapoor as the better kisser, Ranveer Singh was pretty vocal, not being happy about losing to Ranbir Kapoor. Or the time when Ranbir Kapoor was asked about a moive on Ranveer Singh he quickly said Mera Naam Joker. Ranveer’s awkward discomfort was clearly visible at that point. When Ranveer Singh selected Katrina Kaif to hook up with, and quickly apologised to Ranbir Kapoor. Ranbir’s expression were priceless.

Moreover, throughout the episode Ranbir Kapoor was calm while Ranveer Singh was all over the places. But their body language was pretty evident of them being awkward. Full marks to Karan Johar for trying his best in asking them the uncomfortable questions hoping for a revealtions.

Ranveer Singh went overboard many a times praising Ranbir Kapoor when he said that Ranbir should have won National Award for Bombay Velvet. Throught the show the duo went all out in praising each other. Many a times it looked like they are best of friends and most of the times they were plain awkward.
