Mirzya Trailer: 7 moments from the Harshvardhan-Saiyami starrer that leaves us gasping for more!

Mirzya’s trailer is out and it has us super intrigued!

After gripping teasers, the trailer has definitely not dampened the excitement. Set in different eras, it talks of a love story between Mirza and Sahiban. The movies stars debutants- Saiyami Kher and Harshvardhan Kapoor and is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Here are 7 moments that were etched in our brains after watching the trailer.

The opening scene

From a page in a book to a real life setting -Against a mountain backdrop and a mesmerising skyline, two lovers are seen sitting under the only existing tree and a horse is there to keep them company. This scene sets the tone for the love story that will travel through kinds of eras.

Contrasting Eras

The scene where they show parallel stories of Harshvardhan sitting atop a building alone, overlooking a splendid view while Saiyami was just proposed to, by her boyfriend.

An intense moment

This moment showcases the intensity, passion, angst between two lovers Mirza-Sahiban. We catch a first glimpse of the chemistry between the lead pair in this scene

Harshvardhan’s tribal look

An army of men are galloping away on horses, against the water when his a man’s cover slips only to reveal an earthy, dishevelled Mirza with an intense look in his eyes This shot is one of most eye-catching stills in the trailer. Also, Harshvardhan looks HOT!

Hands entwined followed by a jump in the river

That scene when Mirza-sahiban hands are entwined followed by a jump into the reflection of moon in the river. It’s a beautifully shot scene with minimal lighting that makes it even better.

The arrow rips through

The last scene where Mirza while running on the horse aims an arrow with an intention to kill. What’s kind of intriguing is that while he fixes his aim, they show another era, where Sahiban sisprobably getting married to the man who proposed and next minute he’s shooting that arrow. Does it mean the love story will cross eras?

The kiss

After a splash of psychedelic Rajasthani colours, we catch a brief yet intense glimpse of their kiss. We have to say, the two actors have sizzling chemistry.
