These new stills from Kabali show why Rajinikanth is hailed as the BOSS!

The film directed by Pa Ranjith is the most anticipated film of July.

We have heaped a lot of praises on Rajinikanth’s cool AF looks in his upcoming film Kabali. The superstar with a huge fan following will be playing an ageing gangster in the film, directed by Pa Ranjith.

Kabali is a gangster drama which shows how Rajnikanth’s character rose up the highest level of power in Malaysian underworld. Radhika Apte plays the female lead in the film, while Dhansika is also playing an important role.

Like we said in the first line, we had been raving about Thalaiva’s look in the film, and if you haven’t had a fill of it yet, here are a few more unseen stills from the film.

Well, aren’t you as excited about the film like us? If not, I think you better stick with Lingaa and Kochadaiiyaan. Rajinikanth has always looked his powerful best when he dons the grey hairs like he did in Padayappa. We are sure Thalaiva’s career which had gone off the graph thanks to the miserable performances of the films I had mentioned before. After Kabali, we have another exciting film from Rajinikanth to look forward to, and that’s Robot 2.O. The interesting bit about the film is that Akshay Kumar plays a villain’s role in the film.

Coming back to Kabali, the film is looking for a 15thn July release, a week after Salman Khan’s Sultan – a clash it wanted to avoid. The film has been shot in Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong. Taiwanese actor Winston Chao plays one of the villains in the film.

The makers, however, have not yet released a proper trailer for the film yet, despite the positive reception the first teaser had got. Why, even the teaser of the song Neruppu Da had garnered million views in very limited time, and the listeners can’t stop but rave about the same!
