The question on every mind is, will Kareena Kapoor also wish the actor on his good news?

Shahid Kapoor became a proud father to a baby girl some hours back. The bundle of joy for the Kapoors weighs 2.8 kgs, and both mother and child are happy.

Shahid, obviously, is happy over the new development in his personal life took to Twitter to share his emotions about his daughter’s birth that he just cannot sum up his happiness, no matter how hard he tried.

Shahid wrote on micro-blogging website “She has arrived and words fall short to express our happiness. Thank you for all your wishes”.

As expected, most of his close friends and colleagues have wished him on Twitter. Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Riteish Deshmukh, Manish Paul (with whom he was supposed to have a cold war in the last season of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, where he was a judge), Saina Nehwal all congratulated him on his new addition in the family. Jacqueline Fernandez also wished him as she walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week 2016.

But the question on every mind is, will Kareena Kapoor also wish the actor on his good news? Kareena, who is pregnant herself and is due on December, and Shahid had been the IT couple of Bollywood before they separated on not so good terms. Kareena later fell in love with Saif Ali Khan and married him, and now on the cusp of motherhood, have not exactly been on cordial terms with her ex. Though, both of them were a part of Udta Punjab, they didn’t share a single scene together, and Jab They Met on the film launch, they did their best to not linger around each other so much.

Kareena is not active on Twitter so forget expecting her to wish Shahid with a tweet. A call or an SMS can suffice perhaps. But will that call happen? Guess, we have to wait for that…

Interestingly, Shahid’s daughter is a Virgo, which also happens to be Kareena’s zodiac sign. Just saying…
