Shah Rukh Khan has more films than Salman Khan in 2017- here's the proof!

Shah Rukh Khan in his early days came out with a lot of films in one single year. That helped him build a fanbase so huge that now it’s almost impossible to measure its strength. The year he debuted, 1992, he had four releases, Deewana, Chamatkar, Dil Aashna Hai and Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman. In 1995, he had seven releases. But then he got into this habit of minimizing his work so that he can focus on other stuff in his life. That made us wait for one to max two films a year of the actor. Interestingly, 2017 will be different. He has three releases next year and we can’t wait for the year to begin. In comparison to him, Salman Khan has just one release Tubelight which releases next Eid.

Shah Rukh Khan (Raees, Ring and the dwarf film)

Shah Rukh Khan’s three films next year are completely different and varied. He will be seen as Miyanbhai in Raees which releases on January 26 next year. This is one of the most awaited films of the actor. It was supposed to release this year along with Sultan but got pushed to 2017. The teaser of this was released last year and created a lot of hoopla. Fans are of the opinion that it will help Shah Rukh Khan bounce back from a spate of underperforming films. In fact, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, his Raees co-star, told us EXCLUSIVELY, “Raees aa rahi uska jawab milega logon ko.” (Raees will answer all their questions). We wonder what will become of Kaabil which clashes with it next January.

Next in his kitty is Imtiaz Ali’s love story with Anushka Sharma which he is shooting for presently in Prague. He plays a Tourist guide in the film and meets Anushka in one of his tours. We told you exclusively that there are murmurs that he plays a womaniser in the film which is apparently a remake of Dev Anand classic Guide. The shots and videos from the sets have enticed us pretty well what with Shah Rukh looking hotter by every minute. We never knew he could look this good.

Next is his experimental film with Anand L Rai where he plays a man insecure about his short height since he falls for a taller woman. That’s all that the director is ready to say. The film goes on the floor this December. Three films, three different roles….and just one Shah Rukh Khan! That’s why he is still King Khan despite all the setbacks.

Salman Khan in and as Tubelight

Coming to Salman Khan, the actor recently gave industry one of its biggest hits with Sultan which has become the only third film to lodge itself in the 300 crore club. Next for him is Tubelight which just had a schedule in Leh. But the second schedule moved from Kashmir to Manali. This is a film which has the Sino-Indian war in the backdrop. Salman will be seen romancing Zhu Zhu, a Chinese actress. Tubelight will release on Eid 2017.

So while SRK has three films to look forward to, Salman just has his hopes pinned on one. Now we wonder will Salman’s one film be enough to take on Shah Rukh’s three films. You tell us, what do you think?
