Befikre stars Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor

Vaani Kapoor is shooting for her second film, Befikre in Paris along with Bollywood heartthrob, Ranveer Singh. The film is directed by none other than Aditya Chopra, the man who gave us Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.

Of course, Paris means beautiful, lovely sings, and one such beautiful sight is the pretty River Seine that follows through the city.

Vaani Kapoor posted a pic of hers sitting on the bridge near the river, making us wonder who is more beautiful – the river or our desi girl. I would go for the latter.

Vaani Kapoor had made her debut with the Yash Raj Film, Shuddh Desi Romance, where she co-starred with Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra. The film was directed by Maneesh Sharma. Though she never acted in a Bollywood film after that, she was the heroine in the Tamil remake of Band Baaja Baaraat, a role which was originally played by Anushka Sharma.

Incidentally, Anushka Sharma was also considered as the lead for Befikre before Vaani Kapoor piped her to take on the role. Befikre is said to be a light romantic entertainer about two carefree souls, played by Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor, who meet and fall in love in the city of love, Paris. The posters of the film have already caught our fancy, thanks to the couple sharing some really hot kisses at various locales of the city.
