Sarbjit starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda in key roles continued to maintain a low pace at the box office. The film showed slight growth from its second Friday collections.
It collected 1.45 crores on Saturday, thus taking its total to 24.64 crores at the domestic box office.
The film is a biopic on the Indian farmer who was convicted in a Pakistan court as a terrorist. In spite of the new releases taking a low start, Sarbjit did not show any significant difference.
It received a lot of praises from the critics for the performances of the lead cast but due to its genre, there are not many takers for the film in theaters.
