Katrina Kaif’s next release is Jagga Jasoos. She will be reuniting with Ranbir Kapoor, after a long time, on screen for this detective drama. And we are waiting for it so eagerly. Up until now only a few leaked pictures and fan made posters of the film were making the rounds on the internet. Only a couple of officially released pictures gave us a proper look at the film and characters. But today the leading lady herself took to Facebook and shared a glimpse of her character. And our eagerness just turned up by a 100 notches. The actress shared a picture of herself and captioned it with profound words. “Play is the highest form of research……. On Jagga set with the ever brilliant Anurag Basu” she wrote. Katrina, in the picture, appears with nerdy glasses. She is looking just as pretty as ever. A few tresses of her hair are flowing with breeze and coming her face. WOWW! What a great click.
Katrina’s Jagga Jasoos has been in the making for two years now. The movie is being directed by Anurag Basu, popular for Barfi. The movie holds great significance as this will be the first time we will see Katrina and Ranbir together, post their break up. The good looking couple called it quits for their relationship while the film is in the making. If you thought that this affected the production of the you are so wrong! Anurag, while talking to PTI said “I was surprised. They acted as if nothing is wrong and they are absolutely fine. I was concerned with what was being captured on camera and not with what happened between them,”
Katrina also never lost her patience while filming for the film over the span of years. She was quoted by a leading daily commenting on the same “No [never lost patience]. Although, it is definitely a test for you and your concentration, for sure. That’s why you have to make sure you don’t let yourself down. Because when the film releases, the audiences will forget all of these things. They are not going to care how long the film took to be made, what happened, etc. Audiences will come in to see the film and everything else is forgotten and one has to remember that. It may be a long process, but for the viewers it’s a new journey. If you ever lose your concentration, the only person, who is going to suffer, is you.” So now that Katrina has herself leaked the firs picture of herself from Jagga Jasoos, we are sure we will soon get to see the film in theaters.

According to sources “Jagga Jasoos revolves around the life of a guy Jagga (Ranbir) who has always been super curious about everything right from his childhood. So when his dad gets killed, he is filled with rage and questions about the killer. It engulfs him so much that he becomes a recluse, away from the world. As he grows up, his only motto is to learn about the killer. Katrina plays a dedicated lover who assists Ranbir in his journey to find the reason behind his dad’s death and travels with her to Kolkata and Morocco.”
