These Turkish and Indian shows are to REPLACE Fawad Khan's Pakistani shows on Zindagi!

These Turkish and Indian shows are to REPLACE Fawad Khan’s Pakistani shows on Zindagi!

Zindagi channel, which has created a niche in the premium entertainment channel category by sourcing contents from international markets like Pakistan, Turkey among others has announced new primetime line-up from October 3. In the wake of the unfortunate Uri attack, the channel decided to pull off three of its ongoing Pakistani shows. At a pan India media conference held at Delhi on Tuesday, the channel cleared that despite of receiving an over whelming viewership for Pakistani shows (especially Fawad Khan‘s shows like Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Humsafar because of which the channel rose to fame) they were compelled to bring them down because of the in-co-operation faced from the Pakistani actors and government.

However, with the new line up of two blockbuster Turkish shows and 4 romantic Indian shows, we are sure the viewers will not miss the Pakistani shows –

#Fatmagul

Turkish blockbuster show Fatmagul essays the journey of an innocent girl whose life takes a drastic change when she gets raped and is forced to marry the accused. Her story gives a glimpse into the life of a simple Turkish girl who transforms from an obedient and subdued person into an independent and courageous woman ready to take on the world and fight for her rights. Fatmagul will be premiered on October 3 and will be shown from Monday to Saturday at 9 pm.

#Little Lord

Little Lord is a light-hearted Turkish drama which tells an endearing tale of a parent-child relationship through the lens of a six year old boy, Mehmet. He tries to solve big problems in his own way and tries to unite his ever fighting parents by re-emphasising the importance of family. This unintentionally hilarious series has the potential of becoming people’s favourite after-work show. It starts on October 3 and will air from Monday to Saturday at 7:30 pm.

#Khwaabon Ki Zamin Par

Produced by Anupam Kher‘s production company Action Prepares, Khwaabon Ki Zamin Par is the story of a 24 year old boy, Arya Kashyap (Ashish Kadian) who leaves behind his girlfriend, Niyati Bajpayee (Megha Chakroborty), and his family to come to Bombay to fulfill his dream of becoming a Bollywood star! It premieres on 3rd October 2016 at 10 pm (Monday to Saturday).

#Agar Tum Saath Ho

Premiering on 3rd October at 7 pm (Monday to Saturday), Agar Tum Saath Ho centres around the journey of a rich Delhi girl, Neema (Ritu Barmecha), who marries a simple, middle class boy, Ravi (Hitesh Bharadwa), much against her father’s wishes. The serial dwells into her after-marriage life and how she deals with her meddling father.

#TV Ke Uss Paar

Starring Maharathi actress Amita Khopkar in main role, TV Ke Uss Paar is a comedy show that gives a reality check on how today’s society is obsessed with its over-dramatic daily soaps. The show promises a lot tongue-in-cheek humour with its relatable content.

#Teri Meri Jodi

Teri Meri Jodi is a vibrant love-story of Jia, a Gujarati girl, and Kabir, a Punjabi munda. The finite series takes you through their journey from loving each other, convincing their parents for an inter-cast marriage to finally getting married to each other.
