The next most awaited film releases of 2016 are Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, starring Ranbir Kapoor, and Shivaay, starring Ajay Devgn. Both the movies are set for a Diwali release.
The trailer of the two films have been loved by everyone, and the clash between the two is going to be exciting. Amidst this clash, there is another clash that is set to happen upon the release. The trailers of the films – Kaabil and Dangal, will be attached to the prints of the two releasing movies. Whoa! So yea! Trailers of Aamir Khan’s Dangal, and Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil will also be clashing on screen.
The trailers of Aamir Khan’s Christmas release, Dangal and Hrithik Roshan’s Republic Day release, Kaabil will be attached to ADHM and Shivaay. We hear, Aamir will be launching the Dangal trailer digitally across all platforms first and then attach it to the print of the films releasing on Diwali. Kaabil, on the other hand, will be unveiling the trailer with the two releases directly. Wonder when Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees trailer will be out, considering it is clashing with Kaabil.
Dangal is a biopic that stars Aamir as the male lead. He plays the role of wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trains his daughters in the sport of wrestling. Sakshi Tanwar plays a key role in the film.The sports based drama will release on 23 December this year. It has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari, popular for children’s films like Bhootnath Returns and Chillar Party. Revealing the whole story behind doing Dangal, Aamir said: “When I read the story I just loved it. This story made me laugh, cry as the script was very exciting and inspirational. I wanted to do it but I was fickle minded that I have just done ‘Dhoom 3’ and ‘PK’ and for this film Nitesh (Nitesh Tiwari, director of the film) wanted to show me as a 55-year-old man which is closer to my reality (laughs) so, honestly I had that fear. I had the fear that today when I am still doing young roles why am I getting into this old man’s role…I had to gain weight and go for grey hair so I was scared about my future and audience,”
Hrithik Roshan is in much need of a hit film after the debacle of Mohenjo Daro. In his next release Kaabil, he plays a blind man, reportedly. Yami Gautam stars as the female lead in the film. Sanjay Gupta is directing the film.
It will exciting to see these two trailer give each other a run for the money. The fan clubs of the four stars, Aamir, Hrithik, Ajay and Ranbir are gonna go crazy fighting over their favourite stars on Diwali.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil stars, along with Ranbir, stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles. It is an out and out Karan Johar style movie full of romance. Whereas, Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay is a full on action adventure film, and not much has been revealed about the plot.
