Sivakarthikeyan’s Remo, Rajinikanth’s Kabali have something in common – find out what!

So what does a much awaited romantic comedy and a superhit gangsta drama have in common? After Rajinikanth‘s Kabali, Siva Karthikeyan‘s Remo is all set to release in Japan. According to a leading portal, the movie will be releasing in New Minato Aeon Mall in Nagoya region. Reportedly, it’s the first Tamil movie to release in that region. The ticket will cost Rs 2000 yen (Rs 1317.88). While the movie will officially release on October 7, it will be out in Japan on October 9. It was on Tuesday that regional censor board cleared the movie with a U. Fans are geared up for this fun rom-com this Dussehra! There’s lot of expectations riding on remo especially after Rajini Murugan’s success.


Right from the first look to the news poster to eventually the trailer, the movie has caught everyone’s attention. Mainly, because we are getting to see Siva Karthikeyan disguised as a sassy nurse. Yes, he’s playing a woman and he nails it! Remember his Marilyn Monroe pose? It was spot on! It’s his confidence and guts in pulling off these feminine avatars, we love! The movie also stars Keerthy Suresh. The duo are coming together again after their previous hit Rajini Murugan. They are looking too cute together. The trailer has become such a hit, that it’s fast joining the list of the most viewed Tamil trailers! It has already been viewed 49, 24, 255 times. Of course, fans are now eagerly awaiting the movie! The movie is directed by debutante Bhagyaraj Kannan, the sound engineer is Oscar winner Resul Pookutty and Anirudh Ravi chandran is the sound engineer. This much awiated movie is set to clash with Vijay Sethupathi’s Rekka and Tamannaah Bhatia Devi(L). While Rekka is a masala entertainer, Devi(L) is a horror comedy. A lot of expectations are riding on all three. If you have noticed, everything about Remo has been announced much in advance. Right from its release date to its trailer date and finally its censor board clearance, the movie has been on top. Now, we just can’t wait! How excited are you?
