Dangal trailer is out and it is one of the best I’ve seen so far. Many Bollywood celebs who have seen the movie are praising it like Shabana Aazmi, Karan Johar and Javed Akhtar etc. And when we saw the trailer, we understood why they were gushing over it. The movie is expected to break all records at the box office, in fact many trade experts are predicting it to be another record breaker from Aamir Khan after as he is the one to start the 100 crore club, the 200 crore club, the 300 crore club and now may be the 400 crore club. The film stars Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar and introduces Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra as their daughters. There were several moments in the film that stood out and here are seven of them that were hard hitting:
That expression on Aamir Khan’s face says it all. The state of women in our country today. He is just told about his fourth born who is also a girl and he is not happy about it. Because he wanted a boy who’d win gold for him and the country.
This moment from the trailer, when, for the first time he realises that his daughters can make his dream come true. They can win gold for him. The dialogue that follows, says it all, “Hamesa main yo soch ke rotta reya ki chora hota to des ke liye kusti mein gold laata, yo baat meri samajh mein naa aayi ki gold to gold hota hai, chora laave ya chori”. That’s gender equality right there!

The pounce of a Tigress! This scene is gonna be amazing. Watching Aamir Khan going head to head with his onscreen daughter. The sheer intensity of this scene is to watch out for.
Dangal has something for everyone. While he’ll be seen as an old wrestler with a paunch for the most part of the film, here he plays to the gallery and shows his bulked up physique. And oh boy! he looks perfect. This guy is a human chameleon!
The final moment from the trailer and the best of it. This one dialogue sums up the movie. If only everyone believed the same way he does in the film. When his wife asks him, “Pehelwani toh sirf chore kare hain”, to which he replies, “Mhaari choriyaan choron se kam hain ke?”
