Saif Ali Khan's Chef remake delayed because of his injury!

The soon to be daddy needs to get well soon!

Saif Ali Khan is currently in the best space as not only is he keeping himself busy with work but is also rejoicing his tag of soon-to-be-daddy! He along with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan recently made headlines by announcing her pregnancy. Not just the Nawabs but even the entire B-town rejoiced at this news with congratulatory news and happiness flourishing from all sides. However, before that news took away our attention, this piece of report was doing the rounds. The Rangoon actor got injured and therefore was admitted in the hospital. If you remember, there were pictures of Bebo coming out of the hospital as well along with Saif as his hand was under a cast.

Buzz is, Saif Ali Khan’s next, Chef to be directed by Raja Menon has been postponed by a month. Reason: The actor recently injured his thumb while shooting for Akshat Varma’s film. As a result, that film has got delayed as it will take some time for Saif to recover. Only after he finishes that will he able to start shooting for the remake of Hollywood hit Chef.

Sadly, his injury has led to a series of delays and therefore it will take time before Chef can get a headstart. Although the actor has been working on Akshat Varma’s film post the injury, only after he finishes this project, will he be able to go ahead with the remake of Chef. And amidst this, our Nawab is also planning on taking a mini vacation. We had earlier even reported the same. A source of a leading daily was stated saying, “The film is progressing as per schedule and if all goes well, Saif and Kareena will take off on a mini-vacation before her due date in December.”
