What does Katrina Kaif have to say about friendships in Bollywood?

The actress believes that real friendships do not exist in B town after a certain time.

Katrina Kaif is the latest celebrity to join the list of list of celebs who are socially active and well reached. She made her Facebook debut a few days back and since then Katrina is on a roll. 

The actress now believes that, she longer makes friends in a way that makes you too attached or dependent on them. While talking to a leading daily, she said, “While you work together in a movie for a span of three months, your personal and professional life gets mixed. So directors become your friends but then you might not work in their next movie. Then the friendship takes a toll and it becomes difficult to move on for anyone be it the actor, director or anyone who is the part of this industry.”

Though with this statement, she doesn’t imply that making friends in Bollywood is impossible. You can maintain friendly relations but it becomes little tricky to navigate your paths since you are together for a year or so and then suddenly everything is wrong. You work on assignments and then disappear into another group; hence maintaining that same friendship becomes tedious.

Katrina has just flown to London to spend time with her family. Once she is back, she will go to US for a tour and then will begin with the promotions of her next – Baar Baar Dekho along with Sidharth Malhotra.
