WOAHHH! Salman Khan is the reason behind Katrina Kaif's Facebook debut!

Katrina Kaif made her fabulous Facebook debut on her birthday a few days back and since then she has been rocking it. The actress has been sharing some very cool pictures, statuses and updates with us, which is making us feel so blessed. However, did you know who convinced her to join Facebook? It was none other than ex-boyfriend Salman Khan.

As a source reveals to us, “It was Salman Khan who convinced her to join social media. Her brand team was keen that she join, but the actress stayed away. Salman told her that in today’s times it’s a necessity as one can clarify one’s stand or take a stand on certain issues. Since his advice is always practical, Katrina decided to make her presence felt on social media.”

Though Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have broken up a long time back, the ex-couple have been cordial with each other. We have spotted Katrina meet Salman quite a few times recently. In fact, he is one of the people she looks up to and seeks advice from. She had even visited Salman the day after her break up with Ranbir Kapoor was announced.

Recently, Salman and Katrina even had a good time chatting at Baba Siddiqui’s Iftar party. So you know that if anyone could have convinced her to join the social media, it would have been Salman Khan.

Salman had even wished her on her birthday via Facebook. He had posted, “Katrina Kaif welcome to Facebook and wishing you a very Happy Birthday.” And Katrina had promptly replied back, saying, “Thank You Sultan.” Ain’t that cute?

The actors were last seen together in Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger and now that they are so close again, we would love to see them in a film together! Don’t you also?
