This episode was treat for Diana Penty and Upasana Singh fans!
When Kapil Sharma left a popular channel with his cast, the only character who didn’t come along for a new show was Upasna Singh, who played the character of Bua. She regretted her decision almost immediately and, finally with today’s episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, she returns to the family. Yay!
The Sharma family decides to take a dig on the situation and pull Upasana’s leg. A lot of “Subha ka bhula sham ko wapas aa jaye to use Bua nahi kehte” follow.
Abhay Deol and Diana Penty enter the sets to promote their upcoming comedy Happy Bhag Jayegi. Can we take a moment to say how awesome it was to see Diana Penty on screen again after such a long time. We last saw her in Cocktail along with Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan.
Diana was looking absolutely gorgoues, while Abhay was at his dapper best. After the usual leg pulling by Kapil, they are joined by Ali Fazal and Pakistani actress Momal Sheikh. Momal tells Kapil that she brings along a long list of wishes and messages from Pakistan with her.
Happy Bhag Jayegi releases on August 19. Kapil Sharma cracks the best joke near the end of the show, when says “19 August ko Happy Bhag jayegi, pata nahi kis k hath me ayegi, but jiske bhi hath me ayegi bada khushnaseeb hoga”.
Next week’s episode will see Gauhar Khan and Rajeev Khandelwal grace the show.
